Our Story:
With a background in pediatric physical therapy and a passion for making a difference, founder Jillian Moscicki had long envisioned being part of a clinic that promoted a sense of community, compassion, and individualized care. Leap Pediatric Therapy was born in 2025 to do just that.
Located in Pelham, Alabama, Leap Pediatric Therapy is proud to serve Shelby County and the surrounding areas, and aims to offer children of all abilities access to therapeutic services closer to home.
Our story is just the beginning and we are excited to grow alongside the children and families we see, helping to build a future full of possibilities!
Our Staff
Jillian obtained both her bachelor's degree and doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Buffalo, NY.
As a licensed physical therapist, Jillian has served in a variety of settings including Early Intervention, schools and outpatient clinics, helping children of all ages and abilities to grow and learn.
She believes that family centered care helps children to better reach their full potential and enjoys getting to be part of each family's journey.
When she is not in the clinic, Jillian enjoys reading, watching football (Go Bills!), and being outdoors with her dog, Ripley.
